Construction Steel Inc Featured Project:
 
Cairn Point, 301 E 900 N, Cedar City, UT
 
We were grateful to be a part of this project that will serve to help the residents of Iron County. The project was started in 2021 and the property is nearly finished.
 
The Cairn Point Building will feature 60 Units of affordable housing for residents 55 years and older. It is a community designed for seniors to live a more self-suf­ficient and fulfilling life. This beautiful building will also feature Case management services for its residents as well as a community room, lounge, community classes, and a fitness center with all the amenities. These apartments will also be pet friendly allowing the residents to have up to 2 pets with them. It is also conveniently located next to a beautiful golf course.
 
We have included some pictures of this project during it’s construction.
 
We hope to participate in more great projects like this that help the senior citizens in our community.
