Construction Steel, Inc.

We started this project in 2016 and the building was completed in 2017. This building is located on the corner of the greensprings drive, Washington Utah exit off of Interstate 15. It is located near Costco and Walmart. The building is currently occupied by Starbucks, The Sleep Number store, G.O.A.T., and AT&T. There is also a new Costa Vida nearby that we also helped build recently.

Originally, there was a gas station and convenience store located on this lot. However, the gas station was removed in demolition prior to the new building being built there. The building has added much value to the area including the first sleep number bed store in the Southern Utah area.

 

We have included some pictures from this project as it was being built as well as some of the finished building. We are so happy to have been part of another building in the St. George Washington area.

We hope to take part in more projects like this in the Southern Utah area for years to come.
