We started working on the remodel for this building in 2019 and have enjoyed participating in the project. This building remodel was a success and the results are stunning. The structure was originally built in 1999 and has over 75,000 SQ ft.

 

 

The building offers multiple office spaces as well as a conference room, an indoor lounge, and an outdoor lounge. It also offers an amazing view of the area. It is a great choice for businesses in the area needing some more office space.

 

 

We have included some before and after pictures of the remodel. The remodel really upgraded the look of this building.

 

 

We hope to participate in more projects like this in Utah for years to come.
